The short version: browsing this site collects nothing about you. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it — by submitting the audit or contact form, or by subscribing to our monthly note. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other agencies, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Who we are
Core Local SEO is a local search agency based in Boca Raton, Florida, serving businesses across South Florida. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Core Local SEO; "you" refers to the person visiting this site or contacting us.
When we do not collect anything
Simply reading the pages here — services, locations, insights, proof, or this policy — does not require you to give us any personal information, and we do not gather it in the background. This site does not use cookies for tracking, does not run analytics or advertising pixels, and does not embed third-party trackers that profile you across the web.
What we collect, and only when you send it
There are exactly two ways personal information reaches us:
1. The audit or contact form. When you request an audit or send a note, you provide your business name and city and your email (required), and optionally your website, industry, phone number, and the searches you want to rank for. The form includes an optional checkbox to receive our monthly note.
2. The newsletter subscription. If you opt in — either through the checkbox on the form or by subscribing directly — we collect your email address for that purpose only.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (for example, government ID numbers or health or payment details) through these forms; they are not designed to collect it.
How we use it
We use what you send to run the audit you asked for, to reply to you, and — if you opted in — to send the monthly note. That is the extent of it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Emailit, our email delivery provider, and are not stored in a public database on this site. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to serve pages, provide security, and limit form abuse. These providers handle the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Spam prevention
To stop automated abuse, the form uses a hidden field that real visitors never see and a short-term, per-address rate limit. If a submission looks automated it is discarded rather than stored or acted on.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and details for as long as we need them to do the work and stay in touch about it. If you subscribed, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from the monthly note at any time — every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also just ask. To make any of these requests, use the contact form.
Children
This site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites — client properties, partners, or references. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies; those sites have their own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
